Expanding on the high-quality, patient-centered health services it provides throughout South Florida, Memorial Healthcare System has opened its 13th primary care office in Weston. It is located at 17130 Royal Palm Boulevard, Suite 1, between Weston Road and Bonaventure Blvd.
Natalie Jorge-Rodriguez, MD is the facility’s attending physician. She is a family practitioner who specializes in caring for patients with
hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, mental health concerns, and thyroid conditions. She also provides preventive medicine, including annual physical exams and screenings, for individuals 18 and over.
“At Memorial Primary Care, we make ourselves accessible to our patients when they need us most,” said Dr. Jorge-Rodriguez. “I’m also passionate about addressing the effects of community-level factors and social determinants of health that may be impacting people’s lives.”
Dr. Jorge-Rodriguez is tri-lingual, with fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
